I love the basic premise of the Alligator Apps, if I can actually USE them. I have this one, for instance, but it sits USELESS in my ipad because it needs an UPDATE! WHERE IS THE HEROIC SUPPORT??? How many emails do I have to write before I receive HEROIC SUPPORT???
